Every house has its own identity, all different from one another, despite having a common base, inherent to the Mima system. Thus our ultimate goal, allowing for customization, regarding predefined architectural rules.
The quality of the architecture, along with the quality of the construction execution and construction materials is Mima’s fundamental aim. Our objective is long-lasting, gracefully enduring, quality construction.
Simple constructions are the most attractive and timeless ones. Our intention is not different or strange constructions but timeless, attractive and comfortable ones. We believe simplicity is ultimate sophistication.
MIMA HOUSING
The Mima Portal is the platform where we design your home with you. An intuitive design app with three-dimensional visualisation that puts the project and the exact cost of the house in your hands, in real time. The client takes part in every decision, with the design and the cost always in view.
Mima Portal
Do a test living of your house before you buy it, the same way you do a test drive of your car before purchasing it. We allow our costumers to live in the house and sleep there so that they can be sure of their choice.
House above. Office below. Our team of architects is working just downstairs and is keen to answer any questions you may have regarding the project, process and construction.
If during your stay you can’t wait to sart designing your own project, you will be at the perfect place to initiate a design workshop with our team and do a brainstorming to figure out how your perfect house will be.
