MIMA HOUSING
Although all houses have their own identity, all being different from one another, they all have a recognizable common basis inherent in the Mima system. This is our ultimate goal: to allow for a customization with respect to predefined architectural rules.
The quality of the architecture, along with the quality of the construction execution and construction materials is Mima’s fundamental aim. We want to do good architectural buildings and buildings that last and age gracefully.
Simple buildings are the most beautiful and timeless ones. We do not intend to do different or strange, we intend to do timeless, beautiful and comfortable buildings. We believe that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
PROCESS
PHASE 01
Conceptual development of the project. Plans (per floor), 1:100, with solid, dimensioned plots, with total areas and division areas.
PHASE 02
While the project is being verified at the City Hall, finishes and details are defined and designed to integrate the execution project.
PHASE 03
After the approval of the architectural project, the engineering projects of the different specialities are submitted to allow obtaining the construction permit.
PHASE 04
While the project is being verified at the City Hall, finishes and details are defined and designed to integrate the execution project.
PHASE 05
We will prepare all necessary information (maps of quantities and detailed projects) to do a proper tender, to choose the best construction company.
We will analyse and compare different options on the market.

Project management and coordination of all entities involved during the construction;

MIMA HOUSING
We are opening offers to all different contractors willing to build a project by Mimahousing. Since we provide a precise set of drawings for the execution project, it will be possible for any contractor to come up with a price offer. The client will always have the final decision regarding the choice of the contractor.
